Japanese Meaning of ゆっくり (yukkuri )

ゆっくり (yukkuri) is a Japanese adverb that means “slowly” or “at a leisurely pace.” It is often used to encourage someone to take their time or to relax. 

For example, you might say ゆっくり話して (yukkuri hanashite) to someone, which means “speak slowly.

The following are five examples of sentences using ゆっくり (yukkuri):

  1. 今日はゆっくり休んで、明日頑張りましょう。 Let’s take it easy today and work hard tomorrow.)
