JLPT N3 Kanji: 夢 (mu, yume) Meaning: dream, vision

It is essential to learn Japanese vocabulary when studying the language. In addition to words borrowed from other languages, Japanese vocabulary is vast and diverse. Learning essential words and phrases, as well as specialized terminology and idiomatic expressions, is essential for effective communication in Japanese.

Japanese Vocabulary: 夢

Meaning:dream, vision

It is often used in compounds to express concepts related to dreams, such as “nightmare” (悪夢, akumu), “daydream” (白昼夢, hakuchuumu), and “to have a dream” (夢を見る, yume o miru).

In the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), 夢 is classified as a kanji that is typically learned at the N3 level, which indicates that it is considered a moderately difficult kanji for non-native speakers of Japanese to learn.
